Venair Flexible Hose Engineering

Venair is a company focused on manufacturing and engineering flexible tubes and hoses, mainly made of silicone, for a wide range of sectors since 1986. These tubes are used for transporting liquid or semi-liquid products by suction or impulsion.

They have manufacturing centers in Spain, France and China and commercial offices around the world which allows fast and reliable answers in a global market.

Vena® Ptfsil

Silicone tubes with an inner liner made of Teflon tube and braided with stainless steel.

Vena® Vitosil

Silicone tubes with a inner liner of white food grade Viton for products which are not compatible with the silicone elastomer.

Conduction of Abrasive Particles

Vena® Technipur

Tube made of 2 overlapping sheets of polyurethane with copper or brass-plated steel wire sandwiched between the two sheets suitable for suction of abrasive particles.

Vena® Technipur-S

Tube made of 2 overlapping sheets of polyurethane with copper or brass-plated steel wire sandwiched between the two sheets suitable for suction of abrasive particles. The internal layer of wire is covered with white PVC.

Vena® Technipur-VAC

Tube of polyurethane with copper or brass-plated steel wire suitable for suction of abrasive particles. Thickness tub: 1.2mm

Vena® S/VS

Tube made of a special rubber layer, abrasion resistant. Indicated for the pass of big abrasive particles.

Vena® SL/VS

Tube made of a natural rubber layer, abrasion resistant. Indicated for abrasives particles pass.
