Form-In-Place Gaskets

CHOFORM is a form-in-place conductive elastomer gasket for metal or plastic housings. This is an automated process that applies programmed gasket beads with accuracy, compensating for uneven surfaces in castings and molded parts. Soft Conductive Silicones

Available from Rogers for EMI Shielding

BISCO EC 2000 materials are the softest conductive solid silicones available. Made by Rogers Corporation, EC 2000 conductive silicones provide high levels of EMI shielding in electronic housings where closure forces are limited. These nickel-graphite-filled silicones provide shielding effectiveness up to 120 dB. They're available in thicknesses from 0.02 to 0.125-inches. The EC 2000 family includes UL94 V-1 rated silicones. BISCO 2000 silicones are available from Niantic Seal in die-cut shapes and continuous 36-inch wide rolls.
