Pneumatic Products Heater-less Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers
Pneumatic Products introduced the concept of pressure-swing desiccant drying technology to industry back in the 1940's. Heat-Les™ desiccant dryers are the most common design in use today to deliver stable pressure dew points to -100°F. Desiccant bed regeneration is accomplished using a side-stream percentage of clean, dry, internally supplied compressed air. This allows them to excel in areas where the ambient air may be compromised.
LHA Heat-Les™ Dryers (5-25 scfm)
The LHA Series Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer will protect your process and pneumatically operated equipment from the potentially harmful effects of moisture that is present in typical compressed air systems. LHA Series dryers will produce pressure dew points of -40°F and -100°F thereby protecting air systems that are exposed to below freezing temperatures.
Desiccant towers designed to ensure consistent outlet dew points, minimize purge air usage, and extend desiccant life.
Furnished in a sturdy cabinet for easy wall mounting

HA Series and HAC Series Heat-Les™ Dryers (55-3,250 scfm)
Durability and economy are requirements for most common industrial heatless drying applications. HA Series (-40°F) and HAC Series (-100°F) dryers deliver consistent performance and reliability through standard packages. Standard models operate on a fixed cycle control system. Upgraded MEC Controller provides load based energy savings. Standard features include:

Legendary CHA Series Heat-Les™ Dryers (1,800-12,100 scfm)
CHA Series Heat-Les™ desiccant compressed air dryer is the most reliable, energy efficient, large-flow heatless dryer available. Standard designs are offered for flows ranging from 1,800 to 12,100 scfm, pressures from 60 to 150 psig, and pressure dew points of -40°F to -100°F. Other sizes and pressures are available upon request. These dryers can be used in continuous or intermittent service, downstream of oil lubricated or oil-free compressors, and are compatible with corrosive, toxic or explosive environments. Every unit we build incorporates our AMLOC® energy management system to assure long component life cycles and maximum energy savings.
