Stationary Containment Fill Station

The Ultimate in Safety and Convenience

MAKO’s containment fill stations offer the ultimate in safety and convenience. An enclosed steel chamber offers maximum protection in the event of a catastrophic cylinder failure. Our loading heights are ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue.

SCFS2 & SCFS3 Standard Features
- Stainless steel operations panels

MAKO has successfully designed and tested a new containment fill station capable of housing larger SCUBA cylinders. The SSCFS3, stationary scuba containment fill station, is designed with the same features as the SCFS3 with the following improvements:

- Houses up to (3) 120cf SCUBA cylinders with boots at one time
- Removable SCBA bucket inserts are standard
- Available with SCBA, SCUBA Yokes or DIN Adapters

Mobil Fill Station

Protection Against Cylinder Rupture

The MCFS provides user protection against catastrophic cylinder rupture. Low loading height and single motion, one-handed automatic door latching reduce operator fatigue and simplify operation.

Oxygen Fill Station

Operator Safety

Operator safety is always a concern during the potentially dangerous task of filling oxygen cylinders and SCBAs. MAKO carefully considered both operator safety and comfort when designing its Oxygen Containment Fill Station.

- Houses and fills up to two oxygen cylinders at a time
- Includes two fill hoses approved for use with oxygen
- Convenient loading height minimizes operator fatigue
- Balanced pivot design of cylinder carriage provides convenient cylinder loading and unloading
- Automatic safety interlock system prevents oxygen cylinder filling unless door is secured in the closed position
- Single action door latch provides positive closure while eliminating additional mechanisms
- Oxygen cylinder carriage assembly is assisted by a gas strut
- Double-walled construction provides superior value

Tested and certified to contain all fragments should an oxygen cylinder rupture during filling
