Liqui-Cel®

Liqui-Cel Membrane Contactors:

We have a variety of gas transfer products that handle a wide range of process flow rates and fluids. We also have membrane variants that are suited for different applications. The tables and brochures below will review the available fiber types, module design configurations, and product sizes as well as discuss which products are best suited for various applications.

We have many different products specially designed to meet various application needs. The following tables provide links to data sheets for our contactors.

You will see from the table headings that the Liqui-Cel® Extra-Flow products are ideal for adding gasses to or removing gasses from water or liquids with a surface tension similar to water. Liqui-Cel Extra-flow Contactors come in many sizes that process different flow rates. You simply chose the product size based on your flow rate requirements. Contactors are added in parallel to process flow rates larger than what is listed in the table. To date we have single systems degassing as much as 7400 gpm (1696 m3/hr).

Our SuperPhobic® membrane degasifiers are ideal for degassing and debubbling ink jet inks, plating solutions, developers and other solutions with a surface tension between 20-40 dynes/cm.

Our MicroModules® and MiniModules® are small debubblers and degassers ideal for inline debubbling in laboratory-scale flow rates up to 2500 ml/min.

Our sister company, Northeast Rubber, a Division of Niantic Seal Performance Materials group, is a distributor and custom fabricator of metal and rubber hose. The Northeast Rubber product line includes metal, braided and rubber hose as well as Teflon hose, ducting hose, hose accessories, and tubing from the world’s leading manufacturers.

The Northeast Rubber hose division has been designing and fabricating custom hose assemblies for over 35 years.  Northeast Rubber is structured to provide customers with all their custom hose and tubing fabrication requirements. Our facilities are equipped to weld, braze, crimp, swage, test and label to your specifications.  Every welder is certified to Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
