Corporate Payroll/Benefits Administrator
The INSCO Group is looking for a Payroll/Benefits Administrator to join our team. S/he will prepare the weekly payroll, maintain related records/reports, insure payments are processed to benefits vendors and resolve employee questions related to payroll issues. S/he will also maintain all benefit records, initiate employee change forms, provide education of benefits for employees, and answer employee questions regarding benefit plans. The Payroll/Benefits Administrator is looked upon as the in house expert in these areas. The Payroll/Benefit Administrator is also responsible for coordinating the recruitment of new employees.
Qualified candidates should have at least an Associates degree in human resources, accounting, business or equivalent experience. Candidate should have experience with third party payroll software. (Paychex, ADP, etc) Spanish language skills are a plus.

DL Thurrott is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate must have a positive attitude, be a good communicator and have the technical skills to provide timely & accurate solutions to customers applications. We are looking for 3-5 years experience; reading curves, using manufacturers’ selection software, and troubleshooting pump problems. Candidate must be a detail-oriented problem solver and a positive team player. A candidate with a B.S. in Engineering or other relevant subject with CAD experience is preferred.
